Swami Ram Govind Das, born on December 15, 1983, in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, is an Indian spiritual leader, author, and astrology practitioner. He is known for his deep understanding of the Srimad Bhagwatam and is the founder of the global spiritual organization Hari Sharranam Jun. His work focuses on addressing social issues such as untouchability, casteism, and gender discrimination, particularly advocating for the welfare of the poor and marginalized communities, especially among the Valmiki.
Early Life-
At 15, he began his spiritual journey under an ascetic’s guidance and traveled to Punjab, where he spread holy teachings. By 21, he embarked on a pilgrimage to sacred sites across India. In 2003, he met the revered Swami Ramsukhdas Ji Maharaj, who introduced him to the teachings of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. Following Swami Ji’s passing in 2005, he founded Hari Sharranam Jun to promote surrender as a path to Godhood. He also received teachings from Swami Pundrikaksh Ji Maharaj on the Shrimad Bhagwatam.
